Rev. Hyung Jin Nim's Opening Prayer

January 30, 2009

Heavenly Father, as we join here today in this sanctuary, Father we enter into Your house. True Father has told us that even when three people gather in Your sanctuary, the heavens will move and shake. Heavenly Father, here today with our families, friends and brothers and sisters from around the world, Father, we know that we will be able to move heaven. We will be able to inspire the generations to come.
Father, we pray that You may use us to fulfill Your divine destiny and use us to truly be able to be Your hands and feet in this world. Let us be the true saints and sages that are able to bring Your love, Your compassion, Father, Your benevolence, Your patience and Your goodness to this world.

Thank you so much for all that You have blessed us upon. We pray that You may be with each and everyone of the family members here gathered, that all of them may be blessed and that Your abundance and ever lasting life may be with them always.
Heavenly Father, please be with all the brothers and sisters joining us around this world in the internet at this moment. We pray that You may be with their families and that You may invest into them Your seeds of hope, Your seeds, Father, of optimism, Your seeds of inspiration, so that truly they may be blessings to this world.

Thank you so much, Father. We pray and offer deep thanks, Father, for all the things that You are planning to do in our lives, that You’ve done in our lives. Father and we look forward to all the things to truly come to fruition in the coming days

Thank you so much, and we offer these things with great humility and also ever lasting love in the names of our Central Blessed families together here as one. Aju!

Coronation for the Realm of Liberation for God, the King of Kings

January 29, 2009

January 17, 2009, HQ Church, Cheongpadong, Seoul Korea

We want to see it succeed and blossom. We want to see our children live in a church that’s truly honest, truly transparent, where the leaders are accountable, the membership is strong etc. We want to send our children and grandchildren to those kinds of churches, we don’t want to send them to churches where there is tyrannical leadership, leadership class, and the members are frustrated. We don’t want to make that kind of church. It’s very important for us, as we move forward that the glory is focused constantly on True Parents.

Welcoming Remarks

Yeon Ah Nim:

Good afternoon, brothers and sisters! Thank you! It has been quite a week for us. As you may all heard there was a Coronation Ceremony for the realm of liberation of God, the King of Kings. All we can say is we truly are grateful to Heavenly Father and True Parents and all the members who participated in the ceremony. Most of all we are truly grateful to True Family members who participated in the midst of their busy schedule.

Brothers and sisters, we are truly happy to see all of you again. And we love you so much and we believe in you! Aju!

Rev. Hyung Jin Nim Closing Prayer

January 24, 2009

Father, we thank You for this day that You have blessed upon us. Father, we are truly victorious before Your eyes. Father, we know that when You look at us, You see victorious children, You see illuminating children. Father, You see children that are filled with peace, that can spread Your blessings to this world. Father, we pray that we may realize that the precious dreams that You have instilled within our hearts are those that are given by You. And Father, let us have the courage to press through, to achieve and realize those dreams.

Father, let us have the courage to move forward, past criticism, past those that may not believe in us, Father, Arch Angels that may try to stop us on the way. And let us realize that truly we can make a difference in this world. Father, You have given our tremendous community, the brothers and sisters here, their families, their children, amazing potential, cosmic value. Father, You have instilled within them hopes of the future. And Father, we pray that they never let go of that courage, of that strength, of that overcoming power.

Father, we thank You so much for being with us today. We know that You are in happiness, that You are in joy today, looking at Your children, celebrating You, worshiping You, giving thanks, and returning glory to You.

Father, we thank You for this day that You have blessed us. Please be with all the brothers and sisters who are joining us through the Internet, all around the world. Please be with each one of their families, that You may bless them with divine health, that You may bless them with great protection; that they may truly live the blessed life, have great connections and relationships in their lives and truly shine before history.

Thank you, Father, for giving us the strength, giving us the wisdom, and giving us the continual opportunity to become better, and to empower others. Thank You so much. We pray these things, with the everlasting love, and our grateful hearts, in our names, Aju!

Cosmic Explosion by Rev. Kyle Toffey

January 19, 2009

January 10th 2009 , HQ’s Church, Seoul, Korea

So we have to follow our dreams and our visions with all the passion and enthusiasm. You know what the word enthusiasm means, right? In God’s spirit! We do things with enthusiasm and excitement, because we feel God’s spirit with us. We have to do those things that have not been done before, and accomplish things that might be seemingly impossible. But together with God many things can happen.

Welcome Remarks by Rev. Michael Brazil:

Good Afternoon everyone!

I’d like to welcome you to our Saturday Service and I know you’re just disappointed because the young, handsome, vibrant and spiritual powerful man is not standing here. But the mind is a powerful thing, so I’m going to ask you to close your eyes (laughing). Come on! Close your eyes and I want you to just imagine that when you open your eyes you will see a young and handsome man by the name of Hyung Jin Nim standing here. Ok, now open your eyes. Did it work? (Laughing) Well, I’m sorry. But, fortunately I’m here, so please, stay with us.

I’d like to start by reading a passage from the Cheon Seong Gyeong. It comes from page 332 and Father has the following to say, “What kind of taste would God like most? If God has a sense of smell, what kind of smell would He like most? If He can hear, what would He like to hear, and if He can feel, what would He like to feel? There is only one thing God likes, and that is love. Nothing other than love can focus God’s five senses and fill Him with joy. If God is looking for an absolute partner of love, what would He choose? We can conclude that it will surely be a human being. This is why we say that among all things of the creation human beings have the highest value.”

And as Hyung Jin Nim’s always likes to remind us, when you come to service, come to give, don’t simply be a receiver but be a giver. Today we want to bring the highest joy to our Creator, God, our Heavenly Father our Heavenly Mother.

So today please sing with all your heart! Do you want to jump up and dance? Stamp your feet? Clap your hands and damce ? That’s ok! Isn’t it fun that when the camera spins, you can see yourself up here? Is it not fun? I noticed some of you hide yourself. Or some of you might think of “Ohh, my gosh!”

But please enjoy our service today and let’s return all our joy and all our gratitude to our God.

Opening Prayer:

Our Heavenly Father! We have so much to be thankful, for even in midst of difficulties, struggles, You are there, loving us, embracing us. Father, we thank You for all that You have given to us. We want to become the true sons and daughters that You believe in. We want to become those sons and daughters that You can look upon and say, “This is my son, this is my daughter, by whom I am well pleased.” We know that this will give You the greatest joy and will give us the greatest joy.

As we have entered this New Year 2009, we want to strengthen our new determinations. If those determinations are not yet firmly determined or decided we want to do it in the days ahead to really renew ourselves, to recommit ourselves to You, to those around us, to Your ideal, to believe in whom we are, that we are true sons and daughters, and when we forget that we know that it will give you pain and suffering.

Heavenly Father we’re so grateful for Your love and guidance. Strengthen every person here and all those watching us via internet. May your love and grace shower upon them, so that they absolutely will feel your love regardless of their situation, that even if we feel unworthy to receive your love that we can shed tears, that we can repent deeply and then can receive Your love and be renewed, be empowered, re-empowered, to start the new week with You.

We thank You and we most humbly offer and report all of these to You in all of our brothers and sister’s name throughout the world… Amen..AJU! Read the rest of this entry »

Hyung Jin Nim’s Prayer:

Heavenly Father, thank You for this day. Father, we have nothing but gratitude this day. Father, it is a truly miraculous moment in history.

Father, this past week we have witnessed a true disaster. Father, True Parents were taken to the grave, but Father, they emerged victorious, Father, reborn, resurrected, overcoming the power of death.

Father, we see a miraculous time in history. We are living in this rebirth age, Father. We are living in this resurrection time. Father, we hope that in our lives this day, with every breath that we take, we may be reborn, with every breath that we inhale, Father.Let us be resurrected to new life.

It is Yours, Father. We are extending our gratitude to You this day. We want to celebrate You this day.

Father, let us know that truly You are a miraculous, supernatural God.And Father we know that You are in this place today. You are in our hearts, You are in our lives. Father, guide us. Father, direct us, give us the insight,Father, the direction, give us the path that we will have to take.

And Father, we pray that each footstep may be illumed (illuminated), Father, each step that we take, may give glory back unto You.Thank you Father for what You have done. Father we stand here truly open with our arms, opening our hearts, Father, with an everlasting love and an everlasting gratitude.

And Father, with the confidence that You have given us through this experience, Father, we face our lives with confidence, with hope, with optimism. Father, we know that we will overcome any obstacle and we will truly live a victorious life for You.Thank You so much and we pray these things with all the brothers and sisters around this world as one family connected by True Parents in our names. Aju!

Making your Stand in 2009

January 12, 2009

January 3, 2009 , HQ Church, Chungpadong, Seoul Korea

But brothers and sisters, if we’re going to do what God is meaning for us to do in our lives, we must learn how to have the courage to make a stand at times. Making a stand requires self respect, it requires self esteem, it requires confidence in who God made you to be and it requires you to believe in your potential when you look at yourself and see your future.

Welcome Remarks:
Yeon Ah Nim:

Good afternoon brothers and sisters! (Good afternoon!)

It is really great to see you all at this sanctuary in 2009. Should we give a round of applause for 2009? (Applauding). The year of 2009 has come.

True Father gave us the New Year Motto for 2009 and it goes like this, “The Era of Proclaiming the Victory of the Authority of Absolute Sexual Ethics, True Love, True Life and True Lineage in the Realm of the Cosmic Sabbath of the Parents of Heaven and Earth.” After True Father finished writing this, even he himself said, “Ah! This year’s motto is a little bit long!” (Laughter) So if you felt that way, don’t feel discouraged, don’t feel bad. But we know that there is a profound meaning behind what True Father has taught throughout his entire life.

During God’s Day, in his speech, True Father emphasized the importance of the value of True Father. He said, “True Father is the source of true lineage and love throughout all generations.” And also True Father once again asked us to keep absolute love, fidelity and purity as blessed families.
Brothers and sisters, I hope that this year our blessed families will have a profound year with Heavenly Father’s protection and grace and True Parents’ love and blessing. AJU!

Hyung Jin Nim:

Welcome brothers and sisters. Brothers and Sisters, it’s 2009! Oh my God! (Applause) We’re ready for 2009! We sent up 2008 with the shouts of victory and we’re starting again with the accolades of God in 2009.

Brothers and sisters, I want to start with Cheon Seong Gyeong, page 589, “Which of the two would you prefer to devote your entire lives to: Private matters or public matters? Both are devoted to some purpose. Those who stand up at the risk of their lives to devote their lives for the public good will become great people. A new history will be created by a group of people like this.” Read the rest of this entry »

The Power of Grace

January 8, 2009

December 27, 2008, HQ Church, Chungpadong, Seoul, Korea

Let us generate the feeling of empathy and compassion. Let us say in our hearts, “I will not let you steal my joy anymore. I release you and I forgive you, I will not let you steal my time anymore. I liberate you. I will not let you steal my energy, my thoughts or my mind anymore. It is not good for you (to do that). I free you from your suffering. In God and True Parents’ name, aju.”

Welcome Remarks:

Yeon Ah nim:

Good afternoon, brothers and sisters! (Good Afternoon). Thank you!
We are welcoming all of you in the sanctuary today. In 2008 so many things happened and I don’t know how fast 2008 past by but one thing I know is that whatever happened in this year was God’s grace and happiness and True Parents’ love. And I believe that there will be more blessing and more love in 2009 for all of us.

Brothers and sisters, we deeply appreciate your support and love for our ministry and we will do our best in 2009. And remember, a great, great 2009 is ahead of us. AJU!
